Dimensions can be outer (overall size) or inner (usable space); inner dimensions are enlarged by the plywood thickness — twice for width and length, once for height (the top is open). Cut lines and engraved joint numbers use the chosen colors — edges with the same number fit together. Neighboring panels share their joint edge, so the laser cuts both profiles in a single pass. The box is open at the top: bottom + 4 sides. For a tighter fit, set the kerf in your laser software.
